I've designed parts for cheap and easy maintenance and replacement of the Passap E6000 curly cord. Curly cords in industrial equipment are uncommon since the patents for cable chains expired in the 1980s. The two small plastic pieces allow E6000 owners to attach a cable chain to their back lock. a common cable that costs about $15 can be laid into the cable chain. The cable can be replaced by E6000 owners without any special tools as the cable chain clips open.
